We adhere to the development strategy of enterprise, meet employee need as our principle, regard post competency as the basis and arrange staff training into the strategic planning so as to make the employee development target be consistent with the enterprise’s. Currently, Nanjing Kisen is gradually setting up a multi-level, multi-channel and differential training system.

 

The training institutions are divided into internal and external. Internal institution consists of senior technicians and managers from management division and other departments. Internal institution trainers are professional senior engineers and managers.

 

External training institution consists of consultancy, full-time trainer, specialist of the industry, college and research institution etc.

 

Training objects comprise senior management leadership training, middle management skill training, professional knowledge and skills training for engineers from all divisions, operators training, etc.

 

Training contents comprise special training of post transfer, orientation of new staff, promotion training and performance improvement training.

 

Training methods comprise coordination participation in industrial proseminar, investigation trip abroad, exchanging experience with famous scientific research institutions, short-term training, job rotation training, training that integrate theory with practice and traditional mentor training etc.

 

Our enterprise is gradually setting up management system combined training with human resources system in respect of development, appointment, selection and performance appraisal. Based on our development strategy, different sorts of job descriptions, we have made comprehensive analysis of training requirement considering the latest scientific and management development in the industry. We are also establishing a training plan which aims at professionalism step by step and strengthening training. We offer special training for new staff and those who change post, get promoted or have low performance; supervise the whole process of the training and evaluate it before, during and after the training by scientific valuation methods and indexes.
